After 14 years working in Electronic publishing, I returned to university to finish my degree in world studies and presentation. I discovered my love of teaching while volunteering with Mexican migrant workers learning English while in Michigan. This led to a scholarship which brought me to Europe for the first time. While studying Spanish and Basque culture in Bilbao, I practised Spanish while helping local students learn English. This made me realize my dream of living in Europe, helping others achieve their command of the English language, and learning the local culture. I've been working as an English teacher in the Czech Republic since 2005. I've helped many succeed in Cambridge exams, improve their business English, and master international communication in English. I hope to continue bringing my experience in business and IT technology, my love of teaching and learning, and my skills in communication and presentation to all of my students.
